liberty church is a growing movement of people learning to follow Jesus together in everyday life.

We meet in homes, and communities, serve our neighbours, and believe that faith is something You live out,

not just a service you attend.

You’re invited to join in, find your place, and take part in a shared life of faith and purpose.

Our Story

Liberty began in the early 2000's in Dublin 8, when a small group of people encountered Jesus in a way that changed everything. They started gathering in homes and community spaces, helping neighbours, caring for those in need, and sharing hope wherever they went. From the start, Liberty was never about buildings or big events. It was about people, community, and love in action. That same heart still shapes who we are today

That's the short version, for more of the story check out this podcast.

Our Mission

We are a movement of ordinary people led by the Spirit of God, practicing the ways of Jesus in our communities, so that everyone can encounter His life-transforming love.

LOVES & PRACTICES

What we love shapes how we live, and how we live shapes who we become. At Liberty, our Loves and Practices describe both what we care about most and the everyday ways we seek to live it out. Rooted in the good news of Jesus and His commands, they shape how we worship, relate to others, work, rest, and pursue meaning and hope in everyday life. They are not abstract ideals, but a way of life we are committed to learning and practicing together.

Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
— Jesus
